Heat Wave, Roblar Fire, Clear the Shelters

A dangerous heat wave continues to grip San Diego, bringing triple digit temperatures to parts of the county. A fire burning on the northern part of Camp Pendleton has prompted a smoke advisory for the base and some neighboring communities. More than 200 pets have new homes today thanks to NBC 7 and Telemundo 20's Clear the Shelters Adoption Event. If you missed out, you still have an opportunity to adopt a pet with reduced fees.
