We are fortunate to have a passionate aeromodeller join us this week on the Flat Out RC podcast who also happens to work for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) in Heath Macdonald. CASA are the managers of the sky here in Australia and are involved in setting regulations that keep air travel safe. A lot is happening in the air safety space as a result of the emergence of drones with new regulations on the horizon. Heath discusses his history in aeromodelling, current activity and also shares with us what CASA is working on that impacts aeromodellers.
