We are mostly givers who put ourselves last, going to bed after everyone else is asleep and neglecting our own needs for the sake of helping others.  Through chatting with women, I offer support and encouragement as well as suggestions for systems they can implement immediately to help them live a more fulfilling life and to help them move closer to their goals.
