Despite an onslaught of scoring in the final minutes of the first period the Minnesota Frost were able to pull out a 6-5 victory over the Vancouver Goldeneyes this afternoon. Kelly Pannek provided four points, Taylor Heise netted a couple and the Frost are officially headed back to the playoffs with an opportunity to pursue their third straight championship.
