Heathers

This week, we end our Controversial 80s Movie event with one of the coolest coming-of-age films of the last 40 years. This week The Plotaholics take a look at the 1989 black comedy, Heathers, starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater, and Shannen Doherty. In this film Ryder plays Veronica, the fourth member of a group of mean girls known as the 'Heathers'. Growing disillusioned with their antics, Veronica meets the enigmatic JD (Slater), who shows her that there are ways to get revenge.Support the show
