Heaven

From the album ‘Extended Probability’ https://www.protectivefences.co.uk/product/extended-probability/ HEAVEN Looking through a distorted lens, watching as angels cry. You can take me out of this world, leave the past behind. It was different then we were in black and white. The simulation questions every state of mind. If you think you’ve seen the sun go down. You’re in a big machine. If you think you feel a sensation. By deceptive means. Put out an APB. Take a look and see. Everyones been sold a dream. If I told the world, who on earth is hearing me. The story’s old, the programme ends, it stops and comes to life. When everything that you are is nurtured by design. We’ll go around again, two beams of light. The silent anti-hero pushed into the night. If you think you’ve seen the sun go down. You’re in a big machine. If you think you feel a sensation. By deceptive means. Put out an APB. Take a look and see. Everyones been sold a dream. If I told the world, who on earth is hearing me. The liar is forgiven, the joker is a thief. The silent adolescent is the one who we hear speak. It’s not what you want and it’s not what you need. You’re hard wired to dream. Like a brand new day come into my life. Sunshine. And it looks like I’ve found heaven. And it looks like I’ve found peace.
