Heaven & Hell: Week 2 – Jesus the White Rider

When you see the proliferation of evil all around, wondering where God is and tempted to despair, read Revelation chapter 19. One day, the world as we know it will come to an end. John tells of the coming of the Rider on the White Horse, on his robe is written: “King of all kings and Lord of all lords!” Then John sees a glorious thing: “Both the beast and his false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. Their entire army was killed by the sharp sword that came from the mouth of the one riding the white horse. And the vultures all gorged themselves on the dead bodies. This is a mighty clash between heaven and hell and Jesus wins! Hallelujah!
