When I hear their music, I hear a new sound for Gospel Music. I have never heard anyone like them in America. Heavenese is a very different and unique group. They are on Sheila E.'s record label. She's a member of the Prince family with the hit "Glamorous Life" from 1985. The great gospel singer Andrae Crouch was also a participating artist with the group. Heavenese made their first single in 2010. Their beginning activity was formed in 1995 for the advanced gospel event "Gospel Fest" that started as a charity of the Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake. It became "Heavenly Citizen" name from 2001. From 2012, the name was changed to Heavenese. The group has been singing for a long time and is still singing.
