The author of Hebrews writes this lengthy exhortation to his audience to listen and believe. He is calling his audience to listen intently to the voice of God who speaks directly through his Son (Heb. 1). He’s encouraging his audience to see Jesus and consider who Jesus is and what he’s accomplished on our behalf (Heb. 2-3).
