Hebrews 1:5-14

Did you know that in early New Testament time ANGELS figured very prominently in Jewish theology but not so much today. The audience of the book of Hebrews must have been holding on to this "angelic thinking” concluding that Jesus was also an angel and nothing more. There are some religions to this day who still believe Jesus was an angel and not the Son of God. What we “believe” about Jesus influences what we will think about Him and therefore how we feel about Him and as a result how we will or will not relate to Him.
