Hebrews 7:1-10 - The Priesthood Of Melchizedek

Chapter 7 is devoted to demonstrating the role of Christ as a priest after the order of Melchizedek.  The author has been working his way to this topic for some time and we are finally getting into it.  There are two views when it comes to this topic.  The first being a pre-incarnate Christ.  Going through many details it is easy to see this interpretation makes a common mistake in confusing a picture for the substance.  So, ruling that out brings us to the second view, this was a real man.  The questions that remain are who, how, and why?
