Talking the recent legislation proposed in the US Senate that would stop hedge funds from buying homes. We also discuss St. Petersburg, Florida city council adding 3,000 homes to a up zone list, going from 1 home to 4 units. Traffic is CRAZY and we need transportation solutions... Our Tampa Bay Area is experiencing growing pains, and these are the most important issues we face.
