Heidi Harris: Boy, what a fun time to be alive, and what a fun time to be an American, isn't it? I don't know about y'all, but I watched every minute of the America 250 event in D.C. on Saturday night, and it was unbelievable. In fact, I missed the—all the amazing fireworks where I live, which were incredible and amazing. They always are amazing when they shoot them off all the casino roofs and all that. I missed all of that because I wanted to stay in the house and watch Trump. Because as you know, the event got pushed back due to rain and thunder and that kind of thing. And I—I just was practically in tears, and I'm not the emotional type. It was unbelievable. The whole weekend. Mean, I hope that you saw as much of it—I tried to see, I couldn't see everything, but I tried. I mean, they had flyovers of the Thunderbirds in a couple of events, and another flyover over New York City, which was great, just to tick off Mon Tommy. And you know, they had the tall ships and the, you know, the parades. I mean, it was unbelievable! I watched him at Mount Rushmore. I watch—and I don't, and to be honest, I voted for Trump three times, happy he's my president. I don't watch every speech he gives. I just don't. Sometimes I just go, "Mm, I don't really care." But, and I care about him, but I just, you know, just can't watch everything, and just do other things. But boy, I watched every minute of the Rushmore speech, and I watched every minute of the D.C. speech and events. And—and God bless those—the amazing people in the military, the joint military band that they had, the orchestra there. And— How about the white guy singing YMCA? [laughs] He was killing it! He was— Not only was he killing it, he was trending on Twitter! This guy named Redig, trending on Twitter. They were so good, they were so talented, and they were so much fun, and the event was great. And one of the things that I thought was fabulous, besides the fact that you saw faces of all colors in the crowd, all walks of life in the crowd. What I thought was great was the fact that—list— Have you ever been to an event like that, where you have to be in line for hours and hours and hours, and it's hot, and it's crowded, and, you know, all yeah, porta-potties? It's not fun if you've never gone to something like that. That part of it is not fun. And you didn't see people with coolers or anything. I hardly saw a bottle of water because they're very careful about what they allow you to bring in and all that kind of stuff. And I would have been cranky, I'm not going to lie to you, with the humidity and all that. And these people were—they were singing when they were stuck behind the fences for a period of time before they could go back into the area. They were singing the National Anthem. They were smiling and singing and so happy to be there, and so happy to be Americans. I mean, all ages! I was surprised at some of the ages of people I saw because, like I said, it's a long day if you're somebody who can't walk a long distance or whatnot. What an amazing, amazing event. And it's sad that the left can't even give anybody credit for anything we do as Americans. I mean, that's the thing. Just—they're so mad. They were so mad that Trump was president on this momentous occasion. And I will tell you, if Trump hadn't been president, if God forbid Kamala had been president, can you imagine what it would have looked like? It would have been completely subdued. There would have been no showing off and flexing our muscles and, uh, flying testosterone in the air—not that there aren't women fighter pilots, because there are, I know some and they're incredible too, but— I mean, we were just basically flexing our muscles all weekend long and showing how cool we are. How incredibly cool we are. And how incredibly unique America is, and how incredibly fortunate we should all be to live here. And if you don't like it, the door is open.
