Heidi Kasama’s Race for Clark County | Las Vegas News

Heidi Kasama, a three-term assemblywoman and seasoned Realtor, is fighting hard to win a seat on the Clark County Commission in a heated three-way race. After narrowly winning her primary, she’s now facing a Democrat and an independent, leveraging her deep community ties and legislative experience to argue that the commission demands seasoned leadership—not rookies. With public safety, water security, and affordable housing at the forefront, Kasama champions practical, collaborative solutions rooted in her real estate and government background. If elected, she’d be only the second Republican on the commission in 18 years—and she’s making every voter feel like her campaign is about their neighborhood, not party lines.
