Heidi Los: The power of the entrepreneur's daughters

Heidi Los was our guest, live on Radio 4 Brainport, talking about her best-selling Dutch management book "De kracht van de ondernemers dochters": "You feel it in everything. How you live. How you approach things with a lot of energy and enthusiasm and see opportunities. How you keep going until you drop, being hard on yourself and others, and getting terribly worked up about people who cut corners." Growing up with entrepreneurs parents has many advantages (and maybe some pitfalls), through which: learning that failure is part of success journey, never giving up and adopting a "can do"attitude". Heidi advices women and girls to step into their strengths and organisations to welcome entrepreneurs daughters as their employees, as they bring in many skills and capabilities.
