Helen Roberts brings over 25 years of experience in the property industry, serving as the Director of Client Services for Fexco Property, where she oversees business development for renowned companies like Remus, Crabtree, Bellharbour, and IPM. As the Welsh Doyenne ambassador, Helen is a passionate advocate for women in the workplace and a champion for career progression. Her accolades include being named a PMR Influencer, shortlisted as Business Development Manager of the Year, and receiving two annual awards for Mentor of the Year. Helen is also eagerly awaiting the announcement for Inspiring Women in Property, where she's been shortlisted for Woman of the Year. In this episode, Helen shares her remarkable story, from overcoming a challenging family background and leaving school at 15, to becoming a leading figure in her field.
