Hello From Portugal

Today’s episode comes to you from Avis, Portugal where I got the opportunity to collaborate with IFit in a once in a lifetime experience. We learned rowing from two Olympic gold medalists, engaged in strength training with celebrity athletes, and practiced yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
