Bullying, depression, family problems, politics, sports pros and cons, and abusive relationships are all issues facing adolescents today. Add in the social media pressure and it may be time for some professional help. Talking to a counselor should be a safe space where teens can express how they are feeling without the fear of their parents finding out.
