Help from the Unseen Realms

Existence is vast; it is infinite. Our seeing and hearing only perceive a small fraction of what exists all around us.  We are surrounded by angels, helpers, healers, guides, and jinn. They are here to help, and because we have free will, they have to wait for us to ask them to help.  In this episode we direct our focus to connect directly with our helpers and guides and we ask directly for the help and support we need – for healing, guidance, strength, forgiveness, justice, to illuminate truth, and whatever your heart is inspired to ask for.  This meditation has 2 parts – the asking for support from the unseen helpers, and opening subtle perceptions and integrating subtle perceptions with physical sensory perceptions. This is from Section 5: Spirituality, from the upcoming book: The Answer is Love: Questions to Explore as We Transition into an Era of Peace.  The question is “Are there more colors beyond what we can see?”  It sounds like a simple question, but it is quite profound. Listen to this replay for an experiential healing meditation to ask for what your heart seeks, to open your sensory perception to perceive the gifts you are receiving, to develop a knowing that you are supported. You're invited to join us LIVE for The Meditation & Healing Circle - every Sunday at 10am US ET / 7am US PT.
