Help- I've Got To Hang With Toxic Peeps Over The Holidays!

My love- if you have a toxic person/people in your life that you have to contend with I send you so much love! And if you're an empath/particularly sensitive/love to help and so on then this can be especially challenging. In today's episode I share some ideas on things you can do to help.  At such times, it's easy to sink into feeling despondent and as if there's nothing you can do.  While it IS challenging, and I want you to give yourself plenty of grace, I also don't want you to fall into victim mode.  I really hope my thoughts help.
