This constitutes punishment and neglect of a vulnerable adult under RCW 74.34, as their knowing inaction inflicted ongoing mental and physical harm and stripped me of my daughter and my ability to function.I have been ignored and abandoned by people at every level of class and culture:* Social service organizations and therapists (including Kirkland Connections and Mindful Therapy Group) misdiagnosed or failed to support me despite my clear cries for help.* Police and courts have stained my record based on the actions of those who punished my disability rather than protecting it.* Family members and onlookers watched my public deterioration on illith.net without intervening.My suffering through executive dysfunction has been constant and devastating.
