Help smokers quit with the #sponsorasmoker initiative: https://www.facebook.com/sponsorasmoker [email protected] Indiana Lawsuit: On behalf of the newly formed Right To Be Smoke-Free Coalition, on September 18 we filed a complaint and motion to intervene in the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the new e-liquid law in Indiana, which will make it virtually impossible to sell e-liquids used in open-systems in that state starting July 1, 2016. I've attached our complaint and brief supporting the motion to intervene. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. We are actively recruiting responsible e-liquid and open-system device companies to join the Coalition or contribute to the cause, as the legal and expert witness fees are quickly adding up, as I am sure you can imagine.
