HELPING A SISTER IN CHRIST

There is profound power in supporting our brothers and sisters in Christ. When we uplift one another—through prayer, encouragement, presence, or practical help—we become living extensions of God’s love on earth. Scripture tells us that when one member suffers, all suffer together, and when one is honored, all rejoice together (1 Corinthians 12:26). That’s the beauty of the body of Christ: no one walks alone.In a world growing colder, our unity becomes a blazing testimony of God’s kingdom, and I want to burn up a need my sister has.I met Wendy here on Substack. She became one of my first Subscribers. As I got to know her, I realized she was a female version of me - blunt, passionate about Christ, and full of it. We have become fast friends.At 73 years of age, living alone and struggling to make ends meet - living hand to mouth, I would like to blow her socks off by recruiting fifty “one-time” supporters of $5+, and ten monthly supporters at the tune of $10+.
