Sorry for the long post in advance… my name is Brad, I am a marine vet and am visually impaired. I am 28 years old and lost my vision about 3-4 years ago due to a surgical error, no there was no lawsuit so no need to ask,and have been trying to cope and learn to live visually impaired now. I have good days and I have bad days, like anyone would, but does anyone have any advice on how o can better deal with this situation? I know it’s not true but I feel like a burden to everyone. Always asking for rides and having people do stuff for me. I just really need someone to talk too. If there is anyone at all who can relate a little please reach out to me.
