As head of the Corporate/M&A/Commercial practice and regional co-head of the Technology, Media and Communications (TMC) sector team, she oversees project organisation, ensures rigorous quality control and acts as the primary liaison between their clients and opposing counsel.Sasa also provides specialist advice to the TMC sector, using her expertise to draft contracts and navigate complex public procurement procedures.
