Dr. Armstead is the Assistant Administrator at Beaver County Children and Youth Services, where she has worked for 26 years.  She is a licensed social worker and has her Doctoral degree in Social Work.  Dr. Rachel Armstead is also a published author studying and prioritizing poverty in her practice. She’ll share her experience and give us tips on ways that we can override the biased belief systems of our upbringing and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
