Today on the show we're talking about helping people. I mean, genuinely helping people, not just because you get something in return. When we're doing business or creating work we tend to get defensive about our needs, which creates a barrier between us and others. I strongly believe that if we're going to connect with people on a personal and business level we have to learn to let go of our need for something in return. That starts with us.
