Continuing our summer series "One Three Nine," guest speaker Randy Palmer explores Psalm 139:4–5 and what it means to be securely "hemmed in" by God. Looking at Luke 17:21, Randy challenges us to see that God's kingdom isn't found in worldly institutions or power, but is actively dwelling within us and moving in our midst through the Holy Spirit.
