Henningsen’s Achilles Again | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Another brutal blow for Matt Henningsen: the former Wisconsin standout and Denver Broncos sixth-rounder tore his Achilles again during training camp—just like last year. At 27, he was showing real promise after a solid two seasons, including 40 tackles and a sack, and even signed a one-year deal to return to Denver in 2025. Now sidelined indefinitely on injured reserve, this injury could derail his NFL dreams. A heartbreaking reminder of how quickly careers can unravel in pro sports.
