Henry Caruso's USA 3x3 Journey

Henry Caruso, USA’s fiery 3x3 basketball star, is back in Warsaw for the FIBA 3x3 World Cup—his fifth national team appearance and second straight global run. Known for proudly wearing “USA” across his chest, he thrives in the high-octane, no-timeouts format he discovered at Santa Clara, where coach Herb Sendek taught him to “think to the level of your preparation.” With Tournament MVP honors from 2024 and a sideline role as Santa Clara’s color commentator, Caruso blends elite play with relentless hustle. Team USA kicks off June 2 against Latvia and Czechia, facing global powerhouses—but Caruso’s mindset stays the same: prepare like a champion, live like a legend.
