Even your sock drawer feels like it has a purpose.On this National Simplicity Day, maybe the best gift you can give yourself is... less. Less noise, less stress, fewer distractions. Turn off a notification or two. Say no to the thing you don’t want to do. Choose quiet, clarity, and calm – just for today.
