On this podcast where we look at all things poetry, this episode focuses on what happens when we mask and how it can often feel like we are two people. It explores the process of needing to work on ourselves to heal which can sometimes mean things get worse before they get better and although we may feel like we had it more together before when we were younger, the mask prevented us from delving deeper to find the hidden truths we needed to come to term with in order to fully grow and heal.
