A native of Muncie, Indiana, she is a graduate of the University of Virginia and earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston.She lives in Colorado Springs, CO, where she rings in a handbell choir, finds new homes for old stuff, and often suffers from Feline Paralysis Syndrome. Her blind cat, Lily, loves to cuddle when she's not creating mischief.
