Here's who I'm giving REAL dating advice for men to in this episode:- A guy who spent 10 hours with a girl but wouldn't even kiss her because he thinks he'd be an asshole if he did. - Another guy in his 30s who is fed up with dating apps, but at least he's in therapy.- A guy whose girlfriend makes delicious food but he's afraid of being called a misogynist by asking for more.- A 23-year-old guy who wants to know if it's okay to date a senior citizen.- A guy freaking out because he liked his co-worker's Tinder profile.- A guy who gets an erection whenever he holds hands, but also doesn't wanna have sex.Subscribe for more Reddit dating stories, dating advice for men, and dating tips.Message me or support the show: https://linktr.ee/roycalvinDating lessons from this episode:If you suck at flirting, the real issue may be that you are not making moves. Compliments, jokes, and teasing are useful, but they are not the same as breaking the touch barrier, going for the kiss, or escalating physically. If women are telling you they had a great time but only felt friendly vibes, you need to start leading.Being too respectful can hurt your dating life if it stops you from acting. Trying not to be an asshole is fine, but using respect as an excuse to avoid rejection will make women lose interest. Making a move is not wrong if you act decently and stop when she is not into it.Most of the time, the man has to make the first move. It is easy when a woman gives you an obvious green light, but you cannot depend on that. If you want the kiss, the sex, or the relationship to progress, you need to take the risk and lead.Do not ask “is this okay?” every time you touch or kiss a woman. Asking can kill the moment and make the interaction feel awkward. Read the situation, make the move, and let her tell you if she does not want it.Dating apps are frustrating for most men, even when they put in effort. Thoughtful messages, witty openers, and good profiles still often lead to one-word replies, ghosting, or silence. This is normal on dating apps, so do not assume every bad interaction means something is wrong with you.Do not build emotional connections over dating apps before meeting. Apps should be used to create a basic conversation and set up a date, not to develop deep attachment through texting. Ask her out sooner so you can find out whether she is actually willing to meet.If dating apps feel exhausting, approach women in real life. Cold approach gives you face-to-face interaction and breaks the repetitive cycle of swiping, matching, texting, and getting ghosted. Even one real conversation can feel more useful than another week of app messages.Wanting your girlfriend to cook for you is not misogynistic. If she makes great food and you want more, just ask. A girlfriend who likes you may enjoy doing something that makes you happy, especially if you help by buying the ingredients.Dating a woman more than twice your age can be fun, but do not pretend it is a normal long-term plan. If you are 23 and she is 50, short-term sex or companionship may be fine, but marriage, kids, and long-term life stages are a serious problem. Think clearly about whether older women are truly what you want or just easier than younger women.Getting an erection while holding hands is normal, but do not pretend you are not sexual. If a woman turns you on, your body may react, especially when you are young or inexperienced. Do not panic if she notices, and do not hide behind “I just want to get to know her” when you clearly want her sexually.
