An ultimate bias (ult bias for short) refers to the one idol that is the fan’s absolutely favorite - someone they admire the most, whether for their talent, personality, visuals, or overall impact. Christina & Elle review Her Private Life! Both of them LOVE this show and first watched it during the pandemic when they weren’t full blown fan girls yet. BTS was the only group Elle was into up until that point (WILD, RIGHT????). Her Private Life stars Park Min-Young as Deok-Mi (Healer, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?) and Kim Jae-Wook as Ryan Gold (Melo Movie, Crazy Love). Deok-Mi is an art curator who secretly runs a fan site for her ult bias and Ryan becomes the new director of that art museum. Deok-Mi is strong, passionate, and loves what she does at work and in her personal life. In this review, the ladies gush about their biases (JK & Wooyoung), how they relate to the female lead as a fan, and how they wish Ryan Gold was a real person.
