Herb "Flight Time" Lang - Retired Harlem Globetrotter, Author, Motivational Speaker, Actor, and 3x Contestant on The Amazing Race

We are so honored to welcome the pride of Brinkley, Arkansas, former Harlem Globetrotter, Herb "Flight Time" Lang. He's traveled to nearly 90 countries several times and all 50 states as a member of the Harlem Globetrotters for 18 years His grandmother taught him the meaning of his famous hashtag, #kindnessisfree He shook hands with Bill Clinton in Middle School He has 5 sisters and 3 brothers He's been on the Amazing Race 3x finishing in 4th, 2nd and 6th place, respectfully, clearly creating the best alliances in 2011 during season 18. He recently did a Ted Talk He appeared on Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader He learned so much from his dad, a preacher He met Pope Francis He's an author of the book, projects, popes, and presidents And speaking of Presidents, he met #44, President  Barack Obama twice He was born the same day as Austin Rivers and  the same year as, the late Chadwick Boseman,  He always has found the silver lining in any adversity he's faced and asks himself what can I learn from this, especially during the hard times. and his mission now since he left his life as a globetrotter in 2017 is to inspire others and pay it forward to make the world a better place for everyone.
