Here Comes Your King Riding on a Donkey!

Zechariah 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey. 🎁 Because Jesus came we no longer need a high priest – someone that has no sympathy and does not understand our weaknesses – and our infirmities and our temptations – but we have Jesus who has been tempted in every way – just like us – and yet He is without sin – But we have Jesus – so we can fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace – (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy for our failures – and find grace to help in good time for every need appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it!
