I’ll start from tomorrow.” Three months later, she called me again — this time with a smile and a “Thank you so much… it worked!”💬 Today, I want to share a mantra that’s helped me — and many other moms — handle difficult behaviours with calm and confidence. As a mom of a strong-willed child myself, I’ve lived this.✨ Here’s my 3-step mantra:1️⃣ Don’t accept unreasonable demands – Let them cry, scream, or throw a tantrum. Stay calm. It’s okay. 2️⃣ Don’t care about ‘log kya kahenge’ – The people watching your child’s meltdown in public won’t come help you at home. Don’t waste your energy on them. 3️⃣ Be yourself & love yourself – You’re doing your best.
