Heritage Track: Ghana

from Commonwealth Connections Hosted by BBC Radio 3

But for weightlifter Alberta Ampomah, who represented Ghana in the London Olympics and at the Delhi Commonwealth Games and is currently training as a police officer in Accra, the times have clearly moved on.
