Hermes on the Mind
from Hermetic Tradition: Osiris to Franklin Hosted by Roger Weir
This presentation explores the profound spiritual teachings of the Hermetic tradition through A Discourse of Mind to Hermes from the Corpus Hermeticum. Roger describes the journey of the soul as a spiraling movement toward the divine center—like a chambered nautilus—where life, soul, mind, and God converge. Drawing on the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, the talk reveals how human consciousness can harmonize with cosmic forces, transcend fate, and ultimately encounter the motionless divine presence beyond the movements of the cosmos. Through Hermetic dialogue, imagination, and spiritual courage, the seeker learns that the path to truth lies within the living experience of the soul and the recognition that the divine is present everywhere—in all times, places, and moments of life.
