Hernandez Promoted to Double-A | Spokane News

Roynier Hernandez, Spokane’s standout second baseman, is headed to Double-A Hartford after a stellar season—batting .282 with 6 homers and 42 RBIs in 92 games. His promotion joins a trend of ten Spokane players called up this year, showcasing the organization’s strong pipeline. With the Indians still chasing playoff contention—four and a half games behind Vancouver—their upcoming six-game series is critical. Other rising stars like Jacob Humphrey are also heading up, while fans cheer for former Spokane phenoms like Blake Adams now suiting up in the majors.
