In HeroQuest: Barrow of the Beastmen – The Forgotten Crypt, Episode 5, Nuggy, Morgan, and Gjord continue their desperate journey through the depths of the Forgotten Crypt. Accompanied by the loyal wolf Gary and the ever-resilient Imperial guardsman Bob, the party finds itself drawn onward by a mysterious will-o'-the-wisp whose intentions seem increasingly sinister with every twist and turn of the labyrinth. The malevolent light leads them ever deeper into the ancient tomb complex, where fresh horrors await. The dead rise once more from their centuries-old slumber, forcing the heroes into a relentless series of battles against skeletal warriors - the forgotten guardians of the crypt. Hope of escape grows dim as the catacombs seem to stretch on forever. Yet somewhere beyond the darkness lies the surface—and freedom. The question is whether the party can survive long enough to reach it, or whether they too will become another part of this doom-laden tomb's long and tragic history.
