Twitter got explosive when a user decided to go on the defense for her horrid customer service story, dealing with the car rental company Hertz in Brooklyn. You need to read the thread! The story goes from bad to worse in a matter of a day. You can’t say “we’ve all been through it.” Because we haven’t. That’s Manny Oso’s opinion.
