He’s Always On Time | December 28th, 2025
from FIVE39 Church Hosted by FIVE39 Church
This Sunday we’re going to talk about something we all know too well: seasons when life feels like a wilderness. When things are stripped back, answers feel delayed, and temptation shows up loud and clear. In Matthew 4, Jesus steps into that same space before His ministry even begins. Hungry, tested, and pressed, yet fully trusting the Father. It’s a reminder that our struggles aren’t signs that God has stepped away. They’re often the very places where He’s doing His deepest work. At FIVE39, we don’t pretend to have it all together. We’re not a showcase for perfect people. We’re a hospital for sinners who need Jesus every day. If you’re tired, wrestling with temptation, or just barely hanging on, you’re not alone. Jesus meets us right where we are, walks with us through the fight, and never shows up late. The battle isn’t yours to win. It’s already been won. He’s faithful, He’s present, and He’s always on time.
