HEY LEADER, DANCE WITH THE ONE WHO BRUNG YOU!

HEY LEADER, DANCE WITH THE ONE WHO BRUNG YOU! “Too many leaders believe they must emulate or model others who have become their ideal pinnacle of success. When they witness the meteoric rise of an unknown somebody to stardom, they suddenly lay aside everything they have been building so they can mimic the super star. The first reality is, most people who you see becoming an overnight success have been building in the dark for a long, long time. Second reality is, their success is the result of less luck and more persistent passionate pursuit. Finally reality is, your jumping on the bandwagon which appears to be their path to success will all too often require you to abandon every principle, characteristic and discipline you have applied to get to where you are now. If you fall for the ruse and trade horses mid race, you will fail and need to start over in many areas. Be you. Be loyal to your past success and hold firm to who you are. Your authenticity has great value. LEAD WITH THE CHARACTER WHICH GOT YOU TO LEADERSHIP.” J Loren Norris WATCH THE VIDEO 9-8-23: https://rumble.com/v3fxymu-hey-leader-dance-with-the-one-who-brung-you.html Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Miss something?
