Hey Reverend

Hey Reverend His holy hands they reach for water, While his dirty eyes they asked for wine, Flat on his back, without a mask, Where nothing seems like heaven sold it, And on his face my gun was placed, He made me wanna bare my sins and… Say…, Reverend, I’m alot like you you know, alot like you you know, Hey reverend, Save my soul Can you save my soul, I told him I was there to rob him, He told me I should take my time, And then he asked, do you need cash, look where where I keep my guns and bibles, Below the seat at jesus feet, He’s watching you and he’s watching me, but, Hey Reverend, he’s alot like me you know, Alot like me you know, Hey Reverend, He’ll save my soul, And He’ll spare my soul, The Holy man stood trembling from the affects of the liquer, his yellow eyes fixed on the masked eyes of the intruder. He said, “Tis a most Christ like act to clear this temple of its riches, may I join you masked man?” And the masked said, “Can you ride a motorcycle?”
