Maybe you grew up saying Hey You Guys. Maybe the Tv show Electric Company made Hey You Guys cool. But one of the Listen & Learn or Not hosts doesn't think the phrase is so cool - especially in the podcast world. While it seems harmless, have you ever stopped to think about its impact?
