Today, I interview Justin Colby, a professional house flipper, wholesaler, and real estate developer who started out “broke, busted, and disgusted” 7 years ago and is now taking massive action to scale his business while finding creative opportunities in a highly competitive real estate market!Justin Colby has completed hundreds of transactions, and his story is a powerful example of the value of taking action where it counts and getting the right guidance from the right people.  “We did 6 deals,” he says.  “The year after that, we did 20.
