Hindsight HacKing was joined this week by Jessie Rowe.  Jessie is on a mission to save the many from mental health.  She has her own podcast called Recovering Mentally that discusses mental health, wellness, and recovery.As a sober individual, with mental illness, and a son with mental illness, Jessie takes a unique approach through humor and knowledge to help us all be our most authentic selves and the Badasses we are.  She has personally experienced rock bottom and that caused her to leave her corporate job and actually allowed her to focus on what is needed in her life and the lives of others like her. What she has found is creativity, empathy, compassion, and an inner strength she has never known.  So now she educates, advocates, and inspires.
