HHMI ~ Exile & Redemption from Genesis ~ Pt 7 ~ Joseph and Judah Reunited

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. Amos 9:13-14 Amos 9 is all about the ingathering of the exiles of Israel and the reuniting of Northern and Southern kingdom. Joseph reuniting with his brothers is a foreshadowing and a prophecy of a future reuniting of Northern Kingdom and Southern Kingdom and the regathering of all 12 tribes. If the rekindled and renewed love between Joseph and his brothers is duplicated by modern day descendants of Joseph and descendants of Judah, our redemption will come, as did theirs. In other words, the house of Joseph/Ephraim needs to show a love for the house of Judah and Judah, likewise needs to show a love for Joseph.
